Among these demands, sustainable construction is a recurring subject that raises many questions. To answer them, POINT.P is developing relevant tools and services which aim to make the life of craftsmen easier.
Always more digital services
In 2020, POINT.P launched OBJECTIF RGE, an application that allows you to train at your own pace when passing the exam to obtain the RGE certification as a free candidate. With OBJECTIF RGE, craftsmen can revise on their computer, tablet or smartphone and prepare for the exam. For artisans, the advantage is twofold: the cost of training is reduced and they can manage their time as they wish without constraint and without having to block 3 days of training. The final exam takes place in a POINT.P branch, under the supervision of an accredited POINT.P employee, and can take place even if the candidate is the only one to attend. This service has shown all its interest since since its launch in September 2020, 2.000 users have connected.
Among them, more than 300 have taken the exam and the pass rate is 88%. POINT.P also deploys digital tools that are regularly updated and always in line with developments in the sector. Configurators, simulators, software ..., the brand has been offering a wide range of tools for several years: SOLU +, CAP RENOV +, TOLTECK ...
Innovation in the spotlight
POINT.P wishes more than ever to help the dissemination of innovations and in particular those which can be linked to sustainable construction. For this, the brand can now count on Les Démos d'Estelle, a live program broadcast each month simultaneously to all POINT.P agencies via the Génération Artisans platform. Its ambition: to promote the innovations of POINT.P's industrial partners through product demonstrations. To date, 6 shows have been watched by 10.000 clients who came to branches to discover the innovations of 13 manufacturers. 24 agencies were mobilized in multiplex to participate in direct. The videos also generated over 15.000 replay views on YouTube. These 45-minute programs can be found on the pointp.fr site and on the brand's social networks.
Waste Management
The recovery and management of waste is a key subject in construction. POINT.P is working on this subject in order to offer professionals local solutions. The brand is thus deploying multi-flow waste collection centers with its national partners Paprec, Veolia and Suez and with regional partners. In 2020, 1.600 customers used the already existing waste collection centers and POINT.P aims to set up additional waste collection centers in 2021. Since this year, the brand has also offered sorting solutions on construction sites thanks to its partners Ecodrop and Tri 'n Collect.

Young craftsman pack to start a business with confidence
POINT.P launched in June 2020 an offer intended for people under 30 years old who are new to building crafts. This completely free offer is part of Génération Artisans and aims to help young people and support them in the creation of their business. Thanks to the Young Craftsman Pack, they have all of Génération Craftsmen's services but also new services dedicated to them such as legal and accounting assistance, a coaching session to make them aware of the available tools, the sponsorship of a more experienced craftsman, better visibility on the web… The 2020 promotion has enabled POINT.P to support more than 300 young people. For the 2021 promotion which has just been launched, the brand is strengthening its program for young people and offering ever more services: collection of unpaid debts offered, Tolteck quotation and invoicing software offered for 6 months, a photo pack offered to improve Google referencing, free registration on the La Maison Saint-Gobain site to obtain qualified work sites, training and taking the exam in an agency offered on Objectif RGE, VELUX installer-consultant training 100% reimbursed, among others.

- In branch: with POINT.P Express, a self-service format that primarily meets the needs of craftsmen, micro-businesses and SMEs specializing in renovation thanks to a rich offer of more than 5.000 items. In addition, POINT.P extends and arranges its opening hours according to the needs of the catchment area
- In the yard (FAST): POINT.P reduces waiting time thanks to a digital order preparation system. For professionals, it takes an average of 4 to 5 minutes to save on a busy schedule
- On the phone: the Instaply application allows you to maintain an immediate link between the POINT.P teams and customers through SMS or instant messaging
- On construction sites: POINT.P has powerful and efficient logistics. In addition, the brand has 31 CNG trucks which serve intramural Paris and the inner suburbs.
POINT.P is also working on product availability by increasing its stocks to compensate for the lengthening of supply times due to shortages of materials.

- POINT.P has 200 showrooms where you can find inspiration, find advice and be put in touch with professionals.
- In addition, POINT.P and Décocéram have decided to bring together the skills of their teams and the expertise of their coating agencies to offer a wide range of specialists and create the first national distribution network for tiles and coatings with 200 showrooms throughout the France
With specific products:
- The demand is also very strong on the part of individuals for the use of virtuous products for the environment. POINT.P is working on a range of biobased products present in a dedicated catalog, a new edition of which was released in April 2021, and highlighted at the point of sale
