A strong ambition with regard to current regulatory challenges
The new President intends to reinforce the strong ambition of the AIMCC, in view of the current regulatory challenges. He affirms his commitment to the association and his motivation to succeed Hervé De Maistre. Member of the AIMCC strategic committee from the beginning of the 2000s, then director since 2015, he was able to appreciate “The usefulness and effectiveness of collaboration between all the sectors that make up our association. I was also able to observe that the AIMCC became the essential interlocutor of the public authorities and of the other professional organizations of the construction ”. Philippe Gruat measures the magnitude of the challenges ahead for the sector and intends to pursue the association's action pugnaciously so that industries:
- succeed in their digital transformation,
- successfully operate the inevitable ecological transition,
- develop and unleash their innovation capacities,
- capture and train the talents of tomorrow thanks to a strong mobilization around the initial training and continuing training of employees of industrial companies.
Member of the CSF IPC, Philippe Gruat underlines the importance of this tool available to manufacturers, allowing the legitimacy of the industrial sector to be established, and facilitating dialogue with politicians:
"Convinced that the creation of the CSF IPC alongside the AIMCC contributes to the realization of concrete projects, making it possible to make visible the industrial dynamism of our sector, I am committed to supporting the synergy between the two organizations". The CSF IPC is the political spokesperson for industrialists in the sector. Several of the issues raised by the AIMCC find their legitimacy within the framework of the structuring projects of the CSF IPC, the amendment of which is being finalized.
Philippe Gruat congratulates the important work carried out by the representatives of professional organizations and companies within the AIMCC working committees. The new President affirms his ambition to consolidate the visibility of AIMCC around an ambitious project, which he intends to build, in close collaboration with the professional organizations that are members of AIMCC.
