The negative effects of the artificialization of soils, and in particular their waterproofing, represent a major issue in terms of climate and environmental control, to the point that the Climate and Resilience law has set the Zero Net Artificialization (ZAN) objective. Its ambition: to halve the rate of land artificialization by 2031 and achieve Zero Net Artificialization (ZAN) in 2050. Since 1^er July 2023, the Climate and Resilience law also requires owners of ERP car parks of more than 500 m² to permeate half of the ground surface in order to facilitate the infiltration of rainwater. Intended to accommodate paving stones measuring 15 x 15 x 6 cm, they support up to 1.000 tonnes per m², and lend themselves to creative layout using pavers of different colors. Quick to install, JOUPLAST paving slabs^® have a hanging system ensuring excellent retention of the plates together, and allow immediate parking after installation.

Perfect for designing quality urban developments and creating a gravel surface of constant thickness, the URBANIT gravel stabilizing plate^®JOUPLAST^® 6 cm thick supports up to 1.000 tonnes per m².

Made up of specific cells to be filled with crushed gravel with a particle size between 5 and 16 mm, this plate allows the implementation of a draining and driveable surface that does not generate puddles, runoff or ruts.

Easy to cut with a grinder, the URBANIT gravel plate^® JOUPLAST^® has a hanging system on the sides, ensuring excellent retention of the plates together.

Made from 100% recycled polyolefin, the gravel plate is intended for car parks (carpooling areas, train station car parks, airports, commercial areas, etc.), access roads for light vehicles, for firefighters, pedestrian paths, etc.

With a thickness of 6 cm and a compressive strength of 1.000 tonnes per m², the URBANIT plant consolidation plate^® JOUPLAST^® helps reduce the heat island phenomenon in urban areas.

Available in a version without plants or pre-vegetated with grass or sedum, this plate facilitates the creation of permeable vegetated surfaces: parking lots and access roads for light vehicles, firefighter access roads, pedestrian paths, etc.

Quick and easy to install, it has an integrated anchoring system for excellent retention of the plates together.

Made from 100% recycled polyethylene, the URBANIT consolidation plate^® JOUPLAST^® promotes dense and uniform growth of plants, while respecting the natural infiltration of water into the soil.

It is compatible with the URBANIT paving plate.^® and/or the URBANIT gravel plate^®JOUPLAST^®.

Stabilizing plate for gravel without URBANGRAVEL geotextile^® JOUPLAST^®

Recommended for solving soil waterproofing problems, the URBANGRAVEL gravel stabilizing plate^® JOUPLAST^® ensures both perfect retention of gravel and resistance to compression allowing the creation of public car parks, access roads, dense traffic areas in industrial or commercial environments, etc.

To be filled with 8/16 mm type gravel, it supports up to 800 tonnes per m², the equivalent of 40 full trucks. It can be used for the passage of vehicles with an axle load of 20 tonnes, and allows installation on a slope of up to 15% for traffic lanes.

In 100% recycled polyethylene, the URBANGRAVEL gravel stabilizing plate^® JOUPLAST^®has an integrated assembly system which guarantees the proper holding of the plates together, and prevents separation during heavy traffic loads.

It is compatible with the GREENPLAC plant consolidation plate^® JOUPLAST^®.

GREENPLAC consolidation plate for plants^® JOUPLAST^®

The GREENPLAC plant consolidation plate^® JOUPLAST^® is an excellent solution for creating green spaces suitable for vehicles, where the grass is not damaged by repeated vehicle traffic, and ensuring water infiltration into the ground.

GREENPLAC^® JOUPLAST^® allows numerous applications (parking lots, terraces, sports fields, emergency roads, agricultural or equestrian areas, etc.) and allows the creation of stable green surfaces, accessible to vehicles (resistance of 600 tonnes per m²).

Quick to install, the plate has an integrated anchoring and locking system, for perfect retention of the plates between them and on the ground. A slope of 15% maximum is tolerated for traffic areas.

Made from recycled polyethylene, the cellular structure of GREENPLAC^® JOUPLAST^® promotes dense and uniform regrowth of the lawn, thus covering the entire surface of the patch.
