Pascal Gil is appointed Managing Director of Castorama France

Aged 53, Pascal is an experienced professional who has worked in the distribution sector for more than twenty years. After following a university career in France and Spain - he graduated from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) - Pascal Gil began his career as a department manager at Decathlon France then rose through the ranks to the position regional operations manager. In 2003, Pascal Gil joined the Kingfisher group as store director at Castorama France. Five years later, he joined Brico Dépôt Iberia as Operations Director before being named General Manager. In 2015, Pascal joined Brico Dépôt France as Operations Director and then Brand Director. In 2022, Pascal Gil is appointed Managing Director of Castorama Poland and joins the Executive Group of Kingfisher plc.
