Onduclair PC Crystal Onduline polycarbonate sheets light up an artist's studio

In Villeneuve sur Lot (47), a painter has made a new extension of 75 m² to make it his studio. This self-construction site on a tire foundation (a technique that consists of installing used tires and filling them with gravel) required the installation of 40 translucent ONDUCLAIR PC ONDULINE polycarbonate plates.

“I discovered this material about thirty years ago through the work of architects Lacaton & Vassal, in particular the Latapie house. I immediately fell in love with this material which offers natural light so important for artistic creation. Its fixing method is particularly simple thanks to the fixing kit offered by ONDULINE. This kit includes, depending on the model of plate chosen, specific plastic bridges that match the shape of the plate and wooden single screws or lag bolts to be stuffed depending on the type of support.

ONDUCLAIR PC can be used in all geographical areas because it is resistant to very high temperatures (130 ° C) as well as to low ones (-30 ° C).
