In order to provide ever more services, responsiveness and support to its customers and partners, OKNOPLAST is reorganizing its marketing, sales and customer service departments and is continuing its recruitment dynamic to meet its development objectives.
François Chappuis joins OKNOPLAST as Marketing and Communication Manager. He directs the efforts of the company's marketing teams and brings a solid experience in the field of communication, acquired during his past years. Before joining OKNOPLAST, François developed and implemented effective and innovative marketing strategies. His expertise in brand development, digital marketing and communication will be essential to strengthen OKNOPLAST's presence in the European market, support its continued growth and strengthen support for customers and partners.
Nino Poloni takes on the position of Commercial Director of OKNOPLAST and WnD. With a wealth of experience as General Manager of an automotive glass installation network, he has a keen sense of commerce, negotiations and plays a key role in the expansion and consolidation of OKNOPLAST's presence, WnD and Aluhaus on the market. Its mission is to lead the Sales teams towards success: 2 national sales managers and 15 sales representatives throughout France. He develops strategic partnerships and growth opportunities, while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Nathalie Pedersen has been appointed Customer Service Manager. With her many years of experience in this field and deep expertise in the building products industry, she is a valuable asset to further enhance the OKNOPLAST customer experience. With her enthusiasm, commitment and interpersonal skills, Nathalie oversees and develops customer service activities with a team of 12 people, with a focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
Following the arrival of these 3 new employees, a management committee was created. Composed of Gilles Carré-Roué (Chairman), Nino Poloni (Sales Director), François Chappuis (Marketing Manager), Nathalie Pedersen (Customer Service Manager), Tiphaine Carré-Roué (HR Office Manager) and Daniel Gory (Acquisition Process Manager), this CoDir meets every week in order to define the strategic axes of OKNOPLAST. The personalized support of its customers is at the heart of the brand's development strategy. Its ambition is to strengthen its network of Premium resellers in order to unite more than 350 partners by 2028.
New offices for French employees
To support its growth and welcome new teams, OKNOPLAST moved this year to larger premises at 20 rue du Bourg Nouveau in Rennes. In a pleasant and bright space of 391 m² divided into islands with glass partitions, the new France office now has more than 45 people who work daily with the brand's customers. New positions are also to be filled within the Customer Service, Marketing and Sales teams.
