Oknoplast offers its premium partners access to the “QB window installation service” Certification from CSTB

The primary purpose of CSTB's certifications is to promote quality on the market. "This is primarily in the eyes of professionals, but also with the aim of raising private individuals' awareness of the additional guarantee of quality and safety they will benefit from by choosing a reseller partner with CSTB certification" as Romain Somet points out, OKNOPLAST sales manager.

Forced to note that more than 50% of the non-quality revealed on construction sites in France is the consequence of poor implementation, OKNOPLAST wanted more than anything to support its customers on the enhancement of their skills and expertise which have praised our confidence. Individuals will thus have the guarantee of choosing a reliable company, which has staff regularly trained in the rules of the art, whose skills are assessed and whose organization is audited by CSTB.

A voluntary approach by the company

The OKNOPLAST Premium Partners were all invited to the Equipbaie trade fair, which took place in Paris from September 21 to 24, 2021, to attend a presentation of this new partnership. During this meeting with the CSTB teams, 2 areas of support for QB Service window installation certification were presented: the training of installation teams and the diagnosis of the internal organization to ensure quality of service. The objective is to come and support the various trades in order to have a harmonious and balanced organization. By accessing this certification, our premium partners will have all the cards in hand to promote their company and the skills of their employees.
