“We wanted a leading financing organization with a good reputation among professionals and individuals, but also capable of deploying this service on a national scale. For its part, Cofidis was looking for a new major network in the field of home improvement. This partnership has naturally become obvious for both entities. » explains Romain Somet, Commercial Director France OKNOPLAST.
Proposing a financing offer is far from being an easy process, which is why it was essential for OKNOPLAST to join forces with a partner who would be able to provide constant and local support for each of its resellers. The latter are in direct contact with the Cofidis sales managers in their region to benefit from training with their teams. Through this support, the objective is simple: to increase the skills of the sales teams on the integration of financing arrangements in each of their customer projects.
Tailor-made support
Anxious to best support its customers in this new system, OKNOPLAST and Cofidis offer the possibility to each Premium Partner to benefit from marketing tools in order to animate their point of sale. To do this, posters, stickers and roll-ups will be produced in order to highlight them within each showroom, but also during external events such as trade shows, fairs, open houses, etc.

- For individuals, a simplification of the customer journey and the possibility of carrying out all the work envisaged in a single operation.
- For Premium Partners, the improvement of the average basket and the increase in the quote conversion rate.
- For OKNOPLAST, the provision of a competitive service to the Premium network and the increase in sales of joinery with high added value (Pack, options, finishes, etc.). » resumes Romain Somet.
Thanks to this partnership, Premium resellers have a tailor-made offer negotiated with OKNOPLAST defining a project budget envelope, an adapted range of monthly payments, a 100% dematerialized process, simplified simulation and subscription tools and personalized follow-up for each file. .
Delphine Tricoire, Sales Manager of the company A4 Rénovation (14) has been working with Cofidis since January 2022 and shares her experience: "Informed in November 2021 during the OKNOPLAST Roadshow, we were very keen to set up such a partnership.
