Continuous growth for Oknoplast
The group was able to maintain its promotional campaigns on schedule with a spring promotional campaign, one for fall and winter. These speeches were extremely beneficial in maintaining a link with the general public in order to work on the notoriety of the group, but also with carpentry professionals who are always more numerous to join it.
This proved to be a resounding success in terms of order volumes, as well as in terms of the number of new customers, since the group achieved growth of + 8% compared to 2019.
A growing network across the country
Oknoplast has registered 17 new Premium partners since the start of 2020, thus increasing the number of partners to 209 resellers on the national territory. The group intends to continue this momentum for the years to come.

How many years has your business been in existence?
I created my company 8 years ago as a self-employed person. Over the years, the company has grown. I then surrounded myself with installers initially in order to meet the demand in our sector. For two years now, I have wanted to take a whole new direction by integrating the sale of our own selection of products. The company MRM then grew steadily and now has 2 employees: 12 sales representatives, 2 sales manager, 1 executive assistant, 1 sales apprentice, 1 business manager for the insulation part, 1 installation teams and 2 quantity surveyor. .
How did you find out about OKNOPLAST?
I discovered the OKNOPLAST products thanks to their first TV advertising campaign. I then undertook research on the internet in order to learn a little more about the group, their ranges and the opinions which could circulate on the products. I then contacted the salesperson in charge of the southwestern sector of OKNOPLAST in order to obtain a presentation of the company and its products.
What attracted you to the premium partnership offered by OKNOPLAST?
I had a very good feeling with my sales representative. A clear and complete presentation of OKNOPLAST, its products, its network, without any feeling of forcing. Our collaboration started with 1 to 2 orders in order to test the products and to test the installation and the logistics service. My installation team and I validated the tests, which were really conclusive and satisfactory. Wishing to consolidate my choice to go further in the collaboration with OKNOPLAST, I took part in one of the factory visits offered by the group. I was able to learn more about OKNOPLAST, its structure and its organization. My wish was absolutely not to go for the prize. What I wanted above all was to find a manufacturer who would support me with quality products, a complete offer and quality services. And that's what I found with OKNOPLAST.
How did you integrate into the network?
The integration within OKNOPLAST is pleasant and rather simple. Many tools are available to us to help us on a daily basis such as My Oknoplast which allows us to have a simple and fast online follow-up on our orders, our deliveries, our after-sales service requests, pallet returns, tool orders. marketing, etc ... Our sales representative supports us in setting up the Atelier Oknoplast in order to create a real showroom in partnership with the group. We were also able to benefit from training in Rennes at the head office with Mr. Jean-Luc Schlosser. The opportunity for my team and myself to meet the employees of the pole of the French subsidiary, as well as the technicians, as the sales administration and marketing department. We maintain a close link with our sales representative who comes to see us regularly and with whom we have constant support in the possible search for solutions in the event of problems but also to bring about changes in response to new projects to come.
What are your first impressions after these first months since setting up your collaboration with the group? And what can we wish you for the future?
We are very satisfied with this collaboration for the moment. We received good support during our integration into the network, which was very appreciable. At present, we hope to be able to continue to grow, to gain more and more market share in our sector in order to come and open new branches there.
