Obat completes a record series in the world of construction by raising €12 million to establish its position as the benchmark software for the management of VSEs in the building sector

Since its creation in 2019, Obat's mission has been to bring simplicity and serenity to building professionals. In 4 years, Obat has established itself as the reference in its market and has been acclaimed by nearly 15.000 entrepreneurs, craftsmen and business leaders in France, Belgium and Switzerland.

Obat emphasizes the support and satisfaction of its customers. The result is a loyal user base invested in the development of the solution. Over the last 12 months, the solution has become a real platform by integrating numerous features and new services:

This new round of funding brings together Crédit Mutuel Innovation, New Alpha, NCI and Kima Ventures (in addition to historical investors Truffle Capital, Evolem and Holnest who also participated in the round).

This series A will allow Obat to accelerate its ambition to become the reference platform for construction artisans. These funds will make it possible, among other things, to:

• Open 50 recruitments over the next 12 months in order to develop commercial activities, customer experience, product and R&D,
• Develop more complementary partnerships with the Obat offer in order to always bring more value to its users,
• Accelerate the implementation of its product roadmap and continuously respond to the operational needs of building craftsmen,
• Refine its positioning and develop its brand awareness,
• Shorten development times and increase the collaborative aspects of the platform.
