Symbol of a city that refuses architectural monotony, the “new follies” of Montpellier have awarded four winners in spring 2023. Awarded for the project called OASIS, SOGEPROM-PRAGMA will be the first of them to pass, in record time of less than 2 years, from the project stage to that of completion.

After submitting its building permit in the second half of 2023, the developer plans to start construction this year.

Designed by the architects of COLDEFY, OASIS is revealed in the form of two buildings harmoniously draped in bamboo and joined by a footbridge. Remarkable for their curves and their plant skirts, they combine with their architectural audacity an innovative vision of the city, symbolized by the place given to social diversity and mixed use.
