Norman Willemsen leaves Kebony

Norman leaves Kebony with a solid track record, having led the business through an exceptionally difficult period by driving it forward through several key initiatives. Among his various contributions, he participated in the improvement of the company's economics, simplified the ownership structure and promoted the internationalization of the company, particularly in North America. He championed Kebony's mission and was a tireless advocate for sustainable alternatives to tropical hardwoods in construction.

Kebony's Board of Directors has appointed Jean-Baptiste Clavel to succeed Norman Willemsen as Managing Director. Jean-Baptiste is an experienced business leader with excellent experience in developing commercial functions and improving sales strategies in companies in the construction sector. He previously held leadership positions at Zodiac Pool Systems and The Coleman Company Inc. where he managed complex strategic developments and spearheaded major innovations.
