Since its creation, the business has multiplied its turnover and workforce by 8, with a turnover of €38 million for just over 200 employees at the end of 2024. 2025 target: €50 million and 280 employees.
By the end of 2024, NGE Paysages will have 10 entities established in France and is aiming for at least 3 external acquisitions in 2025 to increase its geographical coverage.
The objective: to provide NGE's 14 Mutimetiers regions with landscaping expertise that complements responses to calls for tender and allows for the provision of complete, turnkey solutions to project owners. For example, the projects currently being carried out for Milence (installation of electric charging platforms for heavy vehicles throughout France) and the work for the town of Augny in Moselle are part of the Landscapes activity.
Furthermore, NGE Paysages also targets communities and private stakeholders to develop recurring services that fit into framework contracts for landscape maintenance.
This dual approach allows NGE Paysages to strengthen its growth.
The NGE Paysages teams are also expanding their operations by carrying out innovative operations such as the greening of buildings, roof terraces, etc.
A roof terrace in the heart of Angers
In this case, on behalf of the UIOSS (Real Estate Union of Social Security Organizations of the Angers District) in Angers, NGE Paysages has been landscaping the roof terrace of the UIOSS establishment since the beginning of March, located in the heart of Angers, near Avenue Jeanne d'Arc. In this context, the material resources have been optimized to limit the impact on traffic and to avoid monopolizing the roadway. The work is expected to be completed by mid-April.
The missions entrusted are as follows:
- Installation of drainage support + geotextile
- Installation of concrete + plates for protection and inspection of expansion joints
- Placement of sterile strips on the periphery
- Installation of approved substrate for green roofs
- Setting up a connected drip irrigation system with a hygrometric probe
- Planting of perennial and shrub species adapted to the environment
- Installation of organic miscanthus mulch
- Maintenance and strengthening of plantations for 2 years
The contract also includes the maintenance and strengthening of the plantations for two years.
With this 625 square meter project and the planting of nearly 3450 units, some of which are honey-producing plant species, NGE Paysages is also creating a reservoir of biodiversity in the heart of the city.
