New Wavin Tegra measurement threshold, an innovative solution to simplify the diagnosis of sanitation networks

Very easy to install, it adapts to Wavin Tegra inspection or inspection manholes. It simplifies carrying out measurement campaigns using sensors (compatible with Hydreka and Injinus 1&2 flow sensors).

A tailor-made, easy-to-install kit

The reliability and efficiency of sanitation networks have today become a priority collective issue. Measuring, control and regulation devices simplify this monitoring and make it possible to manage the network and ensure its maintenance effectively in order to increase its efficiency. The new Wavin Tegra measurement thresholds are the appropriate solution to facilitate measurement campaigns. They allow the installation of sensors (not supplied) to measure flow rates and validate network performance. Available for Wavin Tegra 600/800 inspection manholes and Wavin Tegra 1000G1 and Wavin Tegra 1000G2 inspection manholes, these new prefabricated kits include a sensor support (B), a threshold support (C), 1 triangular threshold, 1 rectangular threshold (D), 1 ballast (A), 1 rod (E), 1 box of 7,5 m joints and 1 box of Torx bits.

Installation of the Wavin Tegra measuring threshold is very simple and up to 5 times faster than traditional solutions. No drilling or modification is required inside the manhole as the kits have been tailor-made for the Tegra 600/800 inspection manholes and the Tegra 1000G1 and Tegra 1000G2 inspection manholes. A simple screwdriver is enough to assemble the sensor support (compatible with Hydreka and Injinus 1&2), the threshold support and the threshold (triangular or rectangular). The rods then allow the various elements to be maneuvered safely from the surface for the Wavin Tegra 600. A ballast to be filled also allows pressure to be exerted on the joint to ensure watertightness throughout the measurement campaign.
