Its new innovative thermo-acoustic solution, IKO ENERTHERM CHAPE TG, made in France (Combronde, 63), illustrates this approach. Dedicated to insulating floors in collective housing, condominiums, converted attics and office buildings, both new and renovated, it stands out for its dual performance: a sound reduction rate of 20 dB (A) associated with a lambda from 22 ... all in finesse!
Create a cocoon of well-being in the interiors
Heels that click when coming home from work or in the corridors of the company, moving furniture to open a sofa bed, plenary meetings and movements of chairs, falling objects ... are all sounds of shocks that can disturb the neighborhood at any time of the day.
IKO ENERTHERM CHAPE TG has a sound reduction rate of 20 dB for thicknesses from 54 mm, validated by the FCBA Test Report (404/20/50): the best performance for polyurethane panels without sub- acoustic layer.
This rate can reach 22 and 23 dB, respectively with the integration of an ASSOURCHAPE 20 or TRAMICHAPE ECO PRO type underlay, for the most demanding projects.
In the 54 mm version, its thermal resistance is 2,45 m².K / W (ACERMI certified n ° 17/103/1296). It can reach 6,45 m².K / W with a 140 mm thick panel for HQE type buildings. Ideal on the ground floor to constitute a thermal rampart against an unheated underground car park or crawl space.
Quick and easy implementation
This panel is a guarantee of savings and comfort in the implementation for tilers and screeds. Depending on the needs of the site, it is available in 13 thicknesses, from 25 to 140 mm. Installed under a screed, floating slab or paving, it is compatible with all heating-cooling, hydraulic and electric floors (under Technical Assessment). Its lightness (density +/- 32 kg / m³) and its practical dimensions (1.200 x 1.000 mm) simplify handling. Free of underlay, it can be applied quickly. The 100 x 100 mm red and black grid makes it easier to cut and position the tubes. Its kraft-aluminum cladding on both sides, gas-tight and moisture-resistant, is suitable for all screeds on the market (DTU 26.2 / 52.10 or under Technical Assessment). In renovation, its low thickness is optimal, particularly in the event of low door sill height.
