In the third quarter of 2022, authorized dwellings were down (-2,0%) compared to the previous quarter, when they had experienced a greater decrease (-9,9%), in data adjusted for seasonal variations and working days (CVS-CJO). The number of dwellings authorized over the last three months is higher (+9,3%) than the average for the 12 months preceding the health crisis (March 2019 to February 2020).
