French electrical equipment specialist HBF Group has launched noairbox, an innovative range of flush-mounted and junction boxes, marketed under its Protec brand. Made in France and compliant with the 2020 thermal regulation (RE2020), this range combines performance and practicality.

With noairbox, ProTec expands its catalog with high-quality products featuring optimized designs. For example, the multi-material flush-mounted box offers 15% more space to facilitate wiring of devices, while meeting the requirements of RE2020, which requires the use of airtight boxes in new buildings to limit thermal bridges and reduce energy losses.

Designed to adapt to a wide variety of needs, noairbox is available in several models: multi-material flush-mounted boxes, hollow wall junction boxes, and waterproof junction boxes. All noairbox boxes are versatile and can be used in all types of materials: hollow or solid walls, concrete blocks, bricks, and even in ceilings.

Thanks to its advanced technical features, the noairbox range meets the expectations of professionals, combining energy efficiency and ease of installation.

Made in France, these multi-material flush-mounting boxes comply with the RE2020 standard. Bi-injected and with an extra-wide, convex support collar for a better grip, they are perfectly airtight. They also feature an innovative design that offers 15% more space to facilitate wiring equipment. Finally, the use of double-threaded screws, the locating punch, and the alignment markers significantly simplify the placement and installation of equipment.

noairbox hollow partition junction boxes

The new hollow partition junction boxes made of bi-injected plastic are airtight (compliant with RE2020). Their extra-wide, convex support collar provides a better grip, guaranteeing perfect airtightness. Finally, the metal retaining bracket with double-threaded screws optimizes assembly time. A marking plan integrated into the back of the cover makes it easy to identify electrical circuits, thus simplifying interventions and modifications to the circuit.

Waterproof junction boxes

Made in France, these bi-injected boxes are waterproof (IP55) and offer optimized space for wiring thanks to bi-injected nipples that no longer encroach inside the box. Made of halogen-free polypropylene, they are also equipped with SEBS nipples for optimal waterproofing.

The clip-on cover and the tool-free direct cable insertion system save valuable time. Their impact resistance (IK07) and resistance to glow wire at 650°C also make them a robust and secure solution, perfectly suited to demanding environments.
