4xglass glazing for enhanced thermal and acoustic insulation

The slim profile of the new PRISMATIC OKNOPLAST reduces the amount of PVC used in the production of the window. The larger 4Xglass glazing, with high thermal properties, allows you to enjoy brighter and more pleasant spaces in all seasons. Innovative, it is made up of a 4 mm thick pane, two 3 mm thick panes and two dividers of different widths: 18 mm and 16 mm. With these different thicknesses of panes and spacers, 4Xglass glazing provides effective protection against heat loss and eliminates the feeling of cold walls inside the home.

The new PRISMATIC OKNOPLAST window has good insulation performance with its class A profile with 5 chambers which guarantees sound protection, eliminates heat loss, air infiltration and condensation. Thanks to a triple seal, the PRISMATIC PVC window ensures very good thermal insulation of the house, which makes it possible to reduce heating costs. In addition, with a glazing thickness ranging from 24 to 48 mm, it also offers very good sound insulation, ideal for a quiet interior. It thus displays a thermal performance coefficient Uw = 0,78 W/(m²K)* and a sound insulation coefficient Rw = 34 dB**.

Safety first

Since windows are, along with doors, the main access route for burglars, OKNOPLAST has equipped its new PRISMATIC window with a new generation of equipment intended to ensure the safety of goods and people: patented reinforcements for opening and fixed frames, double point security, burglar-resistant glazing, as well as two anti-burglary strikers screwed into the steel reinforcement of the frame. Resistance classes RC1 or RC2 are available as an option.
