New high-performance, multi-purpose, 704 Clavex + HP patching mortar

This mortar is specifically intended for civil engineering (decks and engineering structure piles) but it also ensures the wedging of heavy industrial machines and / or strong vibrations (crushers, crushers, hydraulic presses, rails etc.) .

704 CLAVEX + HP also ensures the keying of beams, columns and prefabricated concrete elements, the assembly of prestressed concrete elements, the repair of underpinning of building foundations and the sealing of reinforcements, tie rods, threaded rods, anchor rods, etc.

A high performance mortar

To meet the needs of demanding sites, PAREXLANKO 704 CLAVEX + HP has been designed to offer unrivaled versatility while maintaining very high mechanical performance. 704 CLAVEX + HP is suitable for thicknesses ranging from 5 to 150 mm.

With a very fine grain size of 0-1,6 mm, 704 CLAVEX + HP offers a very high fluidity allowing it to ensure low thickness wedges, while offering very high mechanical resistance. Its double mixing rate, flowable or plastic consistency, as well as a large open time and a large setting time allow the pumping of 704 CLAVEX + HP over long distances. Indeed, the start of the setting is between 6 a.m. and 15 p.m. (16 a.m. at 6 ° C, 15 a.m. at 35 ° C and until 8 p.m. at 30 ° C).

Resistance to any test

CLAVEX + HP 704 Sealing and Wedging Mortar is suitable for all environments. It can thus be in contact with drinking water (water tower), but is resistant to sea water and sulphated water. After 28 days, 704 CLAVEX + HP displays exceptional mechanical strength of 12 MPa in flexion and 60 MPa in compression.

A mortar meeting all the certification criteria

Thanks to its high performance, 704 CLAVEX + HP is certified:

• CE, NF030 sealing and wedging.
  
• It complies with NF 1504-6 sealing but also with NF P18-821 category 7 wedging.
  
• Has a CLP, allowing it to be in contact with drinking water (Compliance with Positive Lists).
  
• PV EGIS “chip resistance” according to XP P 18-420.
  
• PV EGIS “Resistance to Severe Frost” according to NF P18-424.
