Designed to meet the needs of high-traffic spaces (education, healthcare, hospitality, retail, leisure, communal areas of collective housing, etc.), this collection offers the advantage of infinite combinations between patterns and colours, transforming each place into a unique creation. Furthermore, these aesthetic alliances between the Modul'up | Sarlon trafic references are extended thanks to their complementarity with other ranges embracing the Forbo Flooring colourcard[1], such as Sarlibain, Eternal and Sarlon marche complète, which guarantees perfect consistency for fully harmonised projects.

The Modul'up and Sarlon trafic ranges are constantly reinventing themselves, combining style and functionality to create a variety of atmospheres, whether soft, warm, dynamic or daring.

With 81 references in stock and 17 exclusive colours on request (MTO, Make To Order[2]), the Modul'up | Sarlon trafic collection meets the growing need for creativity and customisation. These new designs enrich an already extensive palette, integrating soothing shades inspired by nature as well as bright and expressive hues. Graphic shapes (floral, champagne and lagoon halo; citrus, linen, grey, blue and denim halo contour; grey mimetico), terrazzo (grey, warm and multicoloured), wood imitations (oak, walnut), concrete, stone, travertine or textile (anthracite and light grey new nairobi) are also signature decors. It should be noted that these are available both in loose-lay and glued-down installation, all of which can be combined with each other, to play on symphonies or, conversely, on contrasts.

Invented by Forbo Flooring and benefiting from a Technical Opinion, Modul'up stands out for its implementation, via a joining strip, twice as fast as a glued covering (without generating odours or glue waste), reducing the downtime of the premises by 50%. Requiring no preparation of the support (with, as a result, a saving of 20% on the installation cost), this floor covering is ready to use immediately after installation. In the event of subsequent removal, this is done instantly, without causing any damage. Added to this is a remarkable ease of recycling[3], reinforcing its practicality and respect for the environment.

Modul'up trafic thus establishes itself as the best acoustic solution in strips and in installation without glue on the market, effectively reducing noise pollution with an insulation of 19 dB.

Modul'up compact, for its part, is particularly suited to covering complex supports including Vinyl on Foam (VSM) or asbestos[4], allied to high traffic areas, where durability and resistance to rolling loads are essential.

When glued, Sarlon trafic combines style, comfort and robustness. Equipped with advanced acoustic technology, it effectively reduces noise while offering high resistance to heavy traffic, maintaining an impeccable appearance over time. It also guarantees optimum safety thanks to its R10 slip resistance.

The Sarlon traffic 19 dB version offers maximum acoustic efficiency and displays a Class A walking sound level (the most efficient), a real asset in the context of new projects where moderation of footstep and impact noise is essential.

As for Sarlon Trafic 15 dB, it combines a sound attenuation of 15 dB with an exceptionally low residual punching of 0,05 mm. This model is particularly suitable for hospital environments, thanks to its rollability comparable to that of a compact PVC floor, which facilitates the movement of heavy loads while reducing staff fatigue. Its XtremPUR surface treatment (which also benefits the 19 dB version) also offers reinforced protection against staining agents, such as betadine and eosin, as well as against scratches and shoe marks.
