New headquarters in Nice Brazil, between innovation and sustainability, designed by Mario Cucinella Architects

The futuristic complex, built in Limeira in the northwest of São Paulo, will extend over 20.000 m². Meeting the requirements of LEED certification, this building will become a reference in terms of sustainable industrial architecture.

The new Nice headquarters in Brazil was designed as an intelligent production site, inspired by the principles of Industry 4.0. Designed around a sustainable economic model, this site will use state-of-the-art technologies, improving working conditions, while increasing the pace and quality of factory production. With an investment of more than 20 million euros, this new complex will also be one of Nice's international centers for Research & Development.

Signed by Mario Cucinella Architects, this building stands out with a very bright main facade. It then unfolds with an entrance hall, two floors of offices, common areas and several training spaces. The production area is connected to the main atrium by a large window allowing visitors to observe the automated production process. Also located at the rear of the building, a system of suspended paths, like an immersion in the forest, connects the extension of the building intended for employees.

Nice, a world leader in the fields of smart homes, security and home automation, has entrusted the prestigious Mario Cucinella Architects studio with the design and construction of its new Brazilian headquarters. The construction work of this avant-garde and eco-sustainable building should be completed in June 2022.
