Claude Kopff, Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Claude Kopff, an emblematic figure of the company, joined the Management Board of Würth France in 2010, first as Director of Operations, alongside Pierre Hugel, then Managing Director before his appointment as Chairman of the Management Board.
His rise, which began as a sales advisor in 1989, was marked by success: he held various positions, such as Head of Sales, Regional Sales Director, Manager of several Profit Centers and Commercial Divisions before his appointment to the Management Board.
Claude Kopff will also continue to provide his strategic vision, as Director of Major Projects within the Management Committee of Würth France.
His responsibilities will include monitoring the Evolog project (modernization of logistics platforms), purchasing & supplies, partnerships, public relations, the Museum, and major works.
“Unite to win” is his favorite quote and it is in this spirit that he has led the company all these years.
For Claude Kopff: “This change marks a natural evolution for Würth France. I am delighted to continue my commitment to the development of innovative projects within the company and to assume the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board. I remain available to support and advise Anouk Golly in her new role. »
Anouk Golly, President of the Management Board
Anouk Golly started her career at Würth France in 1994 as a Key Accounts Assistant. She quickly progressed to positions of major strategic responsibility, notably as Director of Customer Relations and Stores. She joined the Management Board in June 2015 as Director of Sales Management and Support, then Director of Human Resources from January 2020 and General Director from January 2023.
For Anouk Golly: “It is an honor and a privilege to take the helm of the Executive Board of Würth France. In this role as President, it is my turn to give back what I have received, by being, more than ever and more than anything, at the service of the company, the teams and our customers. »
Anouk Golly therefore takes over as head of the French subsidiary of the Würth Group, succeeding Jean-Paul Meyer, Richard Burgstahler, Pierre Hugel and Claude Kopff.
On January 4, she shared her vision and set a clear CAP for all of the company's employees: “A committed Collective, around sustainable and innovative Actions, for quality Partnerships. ". This CAP is a continuation of Claude Kopff's presidency, projecting the company towards new human, environmental and technological challenges.
