New T26 VMZinc expansion joint: a single accessory for gutters and gutters, durable and easy to install

A double application in a single accessory, practical for installers and roofing companies. The T26 expansion joint completes the T39 version.

Composed of a stretchable central part in EPDM (60 mm) and two strips of laminated zinc (0,7 mm thick), this junction element absorbs the movements of thermal origin of the zinc (dilation and shrinkage). The watertightness is optimal, guaranteeing the sustainability of the collection of rainwater. A guarantee of serenity for owners of houses, apartment buildings or buildings.

The T26 expansion joint is also distinguished by the hot vulcanization of the EPDM on both sides of the zinc strips, which ensures effective adhesion, even in the most aggressive environments such as by the sea. Inert material, the EPDM allows the recovery of rainwater for domestic purposes (washing clothes, watering the vegetable garden, etc.).

The T26 expansion joint is easy to install. All you have to do is cut a strip to the desired length, position it on the overlap of the two gutters and then make the welds. This solution is available in rolls of 3 mm, in a width of 000 mm. To save time on site, VMZINC® also offers two pre-cut versions: 260 mm wide for 218 mm gutters and 250 mm wide for 300 mm gutters.
