For fifty years, the Karat © tile has created magnificent timeless roofs and fits perfectly with contemporary architecture. It has stood out for its unique technique and refined design, which has won numerous awards.
A variant tinted in the mass
Its big sister, the Karat © XXL tile, is now available in a tinted variant. Its straight lines and clean edges are emphasized by the variegated sandstone from Thuringia (Germany). Thanks to its graphite gray version, it is no longer even necessary to rework the edges of cuts or spallings, inevitable on the site. This element gives its profitability to the Karat © XXL-D tile.
A large size tile with character
The Karat © XXL-D tile has many advantages that facilitate its implementation. Its unique weight of 5,3 kg greatly simplifies handling on the roof. Its variable gauge of 20 mm also makes it a star among roofers. This tile is also distinguished by its nominal roof slope of 22 ° and its minimum slope of 10 °.
Its installation requires only ten tiles per square meter. The Karat © XXL-D tile is therefore particularly profitable for large surfaces and load-bearing structures. Thanks to its double interlocking at the side and at the head, it guarantees high resistance to water infiltration. Finally, the Karat © XXL-D tile is convincing with its great resistance to hail (class 4).
A guarantee of long-term availability
The availability guarantee also applies to the Karat © XXLD tile. ERLUS undertakes to deliver an identical tile model and guarantees availability of the model for a period of 20 years, from the date of delivery. ERLUS tiles are available from materials dealers.
