The Wallis&Energy bioclimatic veranda^® guarantees an interior temperature, like that of the house to which it is attached, maintained between 19 and 28° C. In winter, the openings adapt perfectly in order to benefit from the heat of the sun by transferring it efficiently into the house, helping to drastically reduce heating consumption. In fine weather, the system adjusts them ideally to let excess heat escape via natural ventilation, de facto reducing overheating inside and therefore the need for air conditioning.

The Wallis&Energy bioclimatic veranda^® thus generates particularly appreciable energy savings, from 17% (i.e. – 2.189 kWh/year) to 40% (i.e. – 5.159 kWh/year) if the Wallis&Energy veranda^® is equipped, on the roof, with photovoltaic panels (3kW Kit) over 50% of its surface area.

It should be noted that a photovoltaic filling on half of the roof surface has the advantage of producing delocalized and green electricity, resold to its energy supplier. The other half benefits from a glass filling to optimize heat input in the cold season. A truly ecological approach that is fully in line with the transition to cleaner and more sustainable energy, establishing Wallis&Energy^® in a future solution.

At the heart of the Wallis&Energy system^®, a home automation box (Tahoma^® by Somfy^®) is associated with a centralized management card which precisely orchestrates the solar protection controls and the motorized opening devices with Amy control points^®.

Profils Systèmes thus ensures fine control, whether it is the veranda/house separation (by a Cuzco 712 sliding pocket door), the roof (via a frame equipped with zip blinds, a skylight with thermal break or roller shutters) or the facade (via roller shutters, ZIP blinds or sunshades).

Let us mention that the Cuzco sliding^® with a revisited sliding door, which separates the veranda from the living space, is motorized with Sliding^®Somfy air IO^® to ensure safe automatic ventilation, for healthy and renewed indoor air. The Jaya 2-leaf sliding door, 2 fixed with reduced junction^® being, for its part, equipped with air sensor and IntelliTAG^® air IO Somfy^®, once again sources of optimum comfort and safety.
