Nemetschek Group establishes global network of official dTwin partners

The first partners were found in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. dTwin is Nemetschek's horizontal, open, cloud-based digital twin platform that provides data-driven insights and helps customers efficiently manage facilities from design to operation.

A digital twin improves visibility, increases productivity and provides data-driven insights. dTwin is the industry's first solution that merges all of a building's data sources into a single overview. The solution brings together all relevant information from CAD/BIM, IWMS and other sources using real-time building operation feeds. It thus provides value through visualization, data analysis and asset management. Through this platform, owners and operators can optimize building operations based on real-time information and data-driven decision criteria.

To ensure a complete and global service to customers and enable them to derive maximum value from a digital twin, Nemetschek Group is building an ecosystem of partners within the AEC/O industry:

• Visual reality capture companies help dTwin customers digitize their facilities by providing Scan2BIM services, especially for the large existing building market. Cutting-edge laser scanning and photogrammetry technologies allow the client to obtain precise data on the condition of the premises, which provides an ideal basis for establishing a digital twin of a building.
• BIM and AEC/O consulting specialists ensure that clients in different industries and phases of the building life cycle can fully exploit the potential of a digital twin. They are responsible for developing tailored strategies for BIM and digital twin initiatives, as well as offering invaluable local and technical expertise to implement specific use cases, such as those related to ESG (environmental , social and governance). This comprehensive, high-value consultancy enables customers to take full advantage of the power of Digital Twin technology in their operations.
• Data integration partners play a vital role in guiding customers through their digitalization journey. Rapid software implementation and seamless data integration ensure efficient start-up and connection of systems to make the digital twin a core part of their software ecosystem.

Collaborations with renowned partners around the world make dTwin accessible to customers around the world, strengthening its global footprint.

In the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), dTwin collaborates with DANZ FM and BIMm Services, both specialized in reality capture solutions. BIMm Services played a crucial role in the first dTwin pilot project, the digitalization of the Nemetschek headquarters in Munich. Plandata GmbH, headquartered in Vienna, Austria, focuses on BIM products and services.

For the Scandinavian market, dTwin partners with Sørensen Arkitektur AS, based in Norway. This architectural consultancy will help clients fully exploit the potential of dTwin for their architectural projects.

In Eastern Europe, Nemetschek has partnered with consultancy experts ALLBIM NET, based in Romania.

Africa, Middle East, Ireland and UK will be covered by our reseller and implementation consultant Real Data Systems (RDS), which offers leading digital solutions for VDCM/BIM, IWM, Asset Management , Operations Management and Facilities Management.

The partnership with SIMBIM, one of the leading BIM and management consulting companies in Spain and Canada, represents an important step to serve clients in the Iberian Peninsula and the North American market.

Additionally, consultancy firm Open BIM (Hong Kong) Limited, headquartered in Hong Kong, will provide support to clients implementing dTwin.

For France, discussions are underway with local partners to join the dTwin ecosystem. Further information will be communicated later this year.
