Naturaé of Immobilière Sud Atlantique

The NATURAE residence is traversed in its center by wide crossing paths, allowing pedestrians and cyclists to enjoy pleasant walks. This residential space is a real place of life, conducive to exchanges and moments of sharing between neighbors. It is unfenced and faces the forest, giving everyone great freedom in their walks since more than 4 m² of wooded area is preserved.

The residence is located in the town of Ambarès-et-Lagrave, 12 km from the city center of Bordeaux. Warm, this city benefits from an exceptional natural heritage and many unmissable sites: Marais de Montferrand, Estey du Guâ, laundrette de la Gorp, etc. It has developed many facilities that benefit everyone: local shops, nursery, schools, college, leisure centers, socio-cultural center, library, performance hall, sports and musical complexes, municipal swimming pool, associations, etc.

This project was the subject of a call for tenders by Aquitanis, a developer engaged in the Bordeaux region, for one of the islands of the city's ZAC. Through its bioclimatic design, the project had as its first intention to preserve the vegetation on site. Composed of 37 housing units with 2 to 5 rooms designed on stilts, the NATURAE operation consists of 5 housing units with a carbon-free envelope. Bio-sourced and geo-sourced insulation combined with the use of materials requiring little transformation (straw, earth) made it possible to obtain an E2 C2 equivalent, and would have made it possible to be eligible for frugal building, 2 years in advance.

Winner of the "Building of the Future" call for projects in 2019, the New Aquitaine Region has provided significant financial support to NATURAE. This subsidy has made it possible to maintain our desire to reserve these accommodations for owner-occupiers only and at sale prices below 30% of the market price of Bordeaux Métropole.
