Nacarat inaugurates its new residential complex in Versailles

This residential operation, located on Avenue de Paris, an emblematic artery of Versailles, fits perfectly into the district thanks to its high architectural quality and offers an exceptional living environment to all its residents.

A remarkable place

Les Bosquets de Versailles stands near the estate of Madame Elisabeth. This prime location combines the proximity of many amenities with the tranquility of a wooded neighborhood. The residence is located on the former site of the Guillaume et Gautier establishments, the city's historic building materials trading company.

The real estate program includes five buildings with 51 apartments, and four individual houses, completed by an underground car park with 59 spaces. Architecture designed to fit into the neighborhood

Particular care was taken with the architecture of the residence, in order to respect the architectural signature of the district. The main building, which overlooks Avenue de Paris, was built in limestone and crushed millstone. It is decorated with small wooden windows and a natural slate roof. A carriage entrance, which provides access to the interior of the residence, gives it the air of a historic building. The style of the other buildings, with sloping roofs, is inspired by large bourgeois houses.

One of the highlights of the Bosquets de Versailles is the emphasis placed on landscape design. Located in the centre of the residence, ecological bucolic gardens reserved for residents have been created to provide a large green setting in which to recharge one's batteries, echoing the green setting of the neighbourhood.
