More than 3.000 brownfield sites of more than 100 m2 have been identified in the Ile-de-France region by the end of 2024, a third of which will be in Paris and the inner suburbs, according to a study by the Institut Paris Région, the urban planning agency for the Ile-de-France region, reported a few days ago.
