At a time when the Senate is preparing to discuss once again the USH amendment intended to benefit the PLUS (Rental Loan for Social Use) from VAT at 5,5%, the rate applied before 2018, the National Federation of Public Housing Offices warns about the comparative advantages granted to intermediate housing (LLI) and PLUS.
