In order to relaunch the single actions for MaPrimeRénov', the government announced several modifications to the system in a decree published in the Official Journal on March 22. Here is a reminder of these changes which come into force on May 15.
In the decree of March 22 published in the JO, the government announced that it wanted to quickly relaunch single gestures for the MaPrimeRénov' system. The changes which will come into force on May 15 are, however, only temporary since they are only planned to last until December 31, 2024.
Mono-gestures without DPE
It will no longer be necessary to carry out a DPE to be able to carry out work in single gestures, even in an energy sieve.
Beyond December 31, 2024, it will no longer be possible to carry out simple actions in housing classified F and G and to have access to insulation work, you will first have to decarbonize your heating method.
The accompanied route, with compulsory recourse to MonAccompagnateurRénov', is preserved but the thermal strainers are no longer systematically indicated.
