At the end of the second quarter of 2, more than 2021 files had been submitted and more than € 380.000M in premiums validated
MaPrimeRénov 'is experiencing very strong momentum which does not weaken. 382.442 requests have already been lodged since the start of the year, 195.000 in the 2nd quarter against 185.000 in the 1st quarter of 2021. With an average response time of 11,5 working days, 297.003 files were accepted, for one total amount of 862 million euros in premiums.
MaPrimeRénov 'is then paid at the end of the work. 184.215 payment requests were thus received and nearly 146.124 were paid.

MaPrimeRénov 'helps finance insulation work (walls, floors, attics, windows), heating, ventilation or energy audits. Among the work most in demand, changing the heating system (64%), followed by insulation work (32%). Other work (ventilation, audit, etc.) and project management assistance represents 4% of requests.
At the end of this work, 97% of the beneficiaries are satisfied with the comfort of their accommodation.
63% of the files submitted concern households with low and very low incomes
Modest and very modest households remain the main beneficiaries of MaPrimeRénov ', with 63% of applications filed since the start of the year. MaPrimeRénov 'is also very popular with middle-income households (33%).
New goals and a growing budget
Faced with the success of MaPrimeRénov ', the government has set new objectives for Anah with 700.000 to 800.000 bonuses distributed in 2021, against 500.000 initially planned. In addition, the provisional budget allocated to MaPrimeRénov 'was increased to 2,4 billion euros, against 1,7 billion at the start of the year, in order to respond to the enthusiasm of the French for energy renovation.
