This acceleration is explained in particular by the creation of MaPrimeRénov ', a fair and simple aid, which facilitates the financing of the most virtuous works. In 2021, MaPrimeRénov 'changes scale, becomes a universal aid and allows everyone to embark on an energy renovation project.
Energy renovation at the heart of the recovery: more than 170.000 MaPrimeRénov 'files filed
One year after its launch, MaPrimeRénov 'is experiencing strong enthusiasm among individuals. More than 170.000 files have been filed. There were operational delays in taking the files into account due to the impact of the health crisis and IT difficulties causing inconvenience to future beneficiaries. The Anah teams have mobilized and will continue to mobilize to resolve these difficulties. Thus, the examination and payment of files have reached their cruising speed with processing times stabilized at 15 working days as soon as the files are completed by the applicants or their representative. This delay is in line with the quality of service commitment.
With France Relance, MaPrimeRénov 'becomes the main state aid for energy renovation by opening up to all owners, occupants and lessors, as well as all co-owners. In anticipation, the new eligible audiences were able to begin their work process from October 2020. They will be able to physically submit their application from January 2021.
500.000 energy renovations are therefore targeted in 2021 thanks to a budget of € 2 billion.
Global renovation for all
From now on, MaPrimeRénov 'is also financing the most ambitious renovations with the implementation of a global renovation aid for households with intermediate or higher incomes. Global renovations must allow an energy saving of at least 55%. Modest and very modest households continue to benefit from the Habiter Mieux program, the amounts of which have been raised to 35% and 50% respectively from a works ceiling of € 30.000.
With MaPrimeRénov 'Condominiums, all condominiums carrying out renovation work allowing an energy saving of at least 35% are eligible for aid which can cover up to 25% of the amount of the work. An additional premium can also be provided to the poorest households.
Finally, bonuses are created for renovations that allow the exit from the status of thermal strainer and for those that allow reaching the BBC level.
