MaPrimeRénov 'is evolving and is open to owner-occupants and condominium managers

Help accessible to all, which adapts to each individual's situation and which promotes ambitious renovations

MaPrimeRénov 'is intended to encourage households to carry out energy renovation work on their homes. The amount of aid is calculated according to the income of the beneficiaries, according to four income categories, and the energy savings made possible by the works.

Thanks to France Relance, MaPrimeRénov 'becomes the main state aid for energy renovation. It is now open to all owners, whatever their income, whether they are occupants or lessors, as well as to all co-owners. Its objective is to finance the renovation of 400 to 500.000 housing units per year and for this purpose benefits from an additional budget envelope of 2 billion euros for 2021 and 2022.

All owner-occupants and co-owners can now submit their application

As of Monday, January 11, newly eligible owner-occupants (intermediate and senior households), as well as all co-owner associations, can submit their application for assistance on maprimerenov.gouv.fr.

Landlord owners will be able to do so from July 2021.
