The texts required for the announced simplification of MaPrimeRénov' were published on March 21. They appear to be largely in compliance with the demands of the FFB, which constitutes a first victory for the federation.
Thus, until December 31, 2024, these texts reinstate the eligibility of the “insulation” gesture without obligation to replace the heating or domestic hot water system, they extend access to the route by gesture for individual houses classified “ F” and “G” by the DPE and they postpone the obligation to provide a DPE for bonus requests by gesture.
Furthermore, in order to accelerate the rise of Mon Accompagnateur Rénov, these texts simplify the associated validation process.
On the other hand, the effective entry into force of these measures is scheduled for May 15, for technical reasons linked to the processing of files. The FFB asks to go faster.
Likewise, it would not be conceivable that the oxygen provided by these measures to renovation by gesture would be cut off by December 31, 2024.
For Olivier SALLERON, president of the FFB: “I welcome this highly anticipated first victory. But their entry into force must be accelerated because the market has collapsed. Likewise, if we do not want to find ourselves in the same situation in a year, these simplifications must be sustained as long as the global renovation markets have not taken off. »
