MaPrimeAdapt': the FFB creates the ProAdapt brand

This online approach consists of:

• an awareness course to be carried out remotely lasting approximately 4 to 5 hours, with the possibility of doing it in several times;
• a charter of commitment to be signed by the company manager at the end of the course, with the granting of the right to use the ProAdapt brand;
• documentary resources including a technical notebook on adaptation work on existing housing.

Since January 1, 2024, the MaPrimeAdapt' system aims to finance housing adaptation work in order to allow as many people as possible to live at home for as long as possible. Built on the model of MaPrimeRenov', MaPrimeAdapt' is managed by Anah (National Housing Agency) and makes it possible to cover 50 to 70% of the amount excluding tax of the work to adapt housing within the limit of 22.000 euros of work, i.e. a grant ceiling of 15.400 euros.

There is no single definition of adapted housing since the necessary work depends on the needs of each senior.
