Magali Cottave becomes President of the Cinov Federation

Elected President-designate of the Cinov Federation by an absolute majority of delegates representing unions and regional federations at the May 2024 General Assembly, Magali Cottave begins her term as President today. She succeeds Frédéric Lafage.

For Magali Cottave, President of the Cinov Federation: "I am honored by the trust placed in me as President of the Cinov Federation. It is with constant energy and commitment that I will carry the voice of our federation and its members throughout my term. The emergence of regenerative economic models will be the guiding principle of my actions, which I will carry out with conviction, in a spirit of dialogue and respect for the values that bring us together."

A graduate of the Paris Bar School and HEC Paris, Magali Cottave practiced as a lawyer for 10 years before joining the management of the CSD Group in 2010, a group of family businesses specializing in fire prevention and critical building risks. In January 2024, she became its President.

A member of Cinov Ingénierie since 2014, she has been an active campaigner for 11 years within the Cinov Federation, where she has held several key mandates:

facilitator of the Competition working group (2016-2019),
member of the Technical Controllers Approval Commission (2016-2019),
Vice-President of Communications (2019-2022),
Honorary President of the Talent Trophies (created in 2020),
Vice President in charge of Brand and Collective Intelligence (2022-2025).

The roadmap for his mandate

Magali Cottave takes over from Frédéric Lafage, President of the Cinov Federation since 2018. Under his presidency, the federation has experienced a period of growth and consolidation. Magali Cottave intends to continue and develop this momentum.

As Federal President, Magali Cottave aims to strengthen the role of the Cinov Federation and its member unions as "thinkers-actors of transitions." Her work will focus on three major areas:

encourage and support members towards the emergence of regenerative economic models that are more respectful of the Living;
promote societal values linked to regeneration;
renew activist engagement within the Cinov Federation.

About Magali Cottave

After being elected President-designate of the Cinov Federation on May 30, 2024, Magali Cottave takes up her mandate as President on June 5, 2025.
