Ludovick Lefebvre elected president of CCCA-BTP

Ludovick Lefebvre is an employee of the company SPIE, where he is a maintenance technician.

Holder of a CAP-BEP Electromechanics, a technological baccalaureate in Industrial Sciences and Technologies in Electrotechnical Engineering and a BTS in Industrial Control and Automatic Regulation, Ludovick Lefebvre began his career in 2000 as a maintenance technician at SPIE Île-de-France Nord Ouest and continued as a team leader for new instrumentation works within the Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ETDE), from 2003 to 2006, before joining the SPIE group.

His professional commitment

Ludovick Lefebvre has long been involved in vocational training in the construction industry, particularly for young people through apprenticeships. He is a member of the National Joint Commission for Employment and Vocational Training for the Construction and Public Works sector, a director of Constructys, the construction trade association, and was a member of the board of directors of BÂTIMENT CFA Normandie, the regional association of CFAs in the construction industry in Normandy (seven training centers), from 2020 to 2025.

The CCCA-BTP board of directors also elected:

• Raymond Reyes (FGFO Construction), secretary

For Ludovick Lefebvre, new president of CCCA-BTP: "It is now more essential than ever to train young people, to ensure the upskilling of construction industry employees, to make vocational training the vector for the major digital, technological, and ecological transitions in the construction and public works sectors. This is the heart of the mission of the CCCA-BTP, which I now have the honor of chairing. With our entire board of directors, with its joint governance, fully mobilized and determined to meet these future challenges, I will strive to support, promote, and deploy an ambitious and innovative vocational training policy, particularly through apprenticeships. This is what the social partners in the construction industry expect from us, in line with their guidelines. This is the whole purpose of the service offering that the CCCA-BTP offers to all training organizations in the construction industry. This requires anticipation and innovation, which are the strong markers of the initiatives we are carrying out." My aim is to work across all the stakeholders in our ecosystem, to drive and lead innovative, high-impact projects, to ensure the performance and attractiveness of our activities and high educational quality in professional training for our construction trades."
