Sustainable comfort in the Hérault hinterland

Objective: to optimize comfort in summer and winter, reduce consumption and preserve the stone building.

A 250 m² construction site with high standards

The renovation of this farmhouse had to meet two challenges: preserve the exposed walls and ensure optimal thermal comfort in a region regularly subject to high temperatures.

Convinced after visiting two equipped houses, the customers chose the ACOSI+ heating-cooling ceiling, now available in a wood fiber version, a bio-sourced material that reinforces the inertia and energy efficiency of the building.

High-performance and complementary equipment

• The air/water heat pump supplies the installation.
• The Thermador mixing bottle ensures hydraulic decoupling, flow optimization and improved heat pump longevity.
• The intelligent ThermoZyklus control system allows room-by-room control to the nearest tenth of a degree.

Result

Discreet, quiet and economical comfort, which makes this project a regional reference and will serve as a model for future extensions of the farmhouse.
