Dealers, integrated agency managers and Lorillard Group teams participated in these collaborative days, combining plenary meetings, interactive workshops and moments of conviviality.
The program includes an overview of network performance, presentations on major upcoming developments – whether in digitalization, logistics or commercial support – and presentations from key partners such as Profalux.
The event also featured a supplier fair, cultural visits, and a gala evening, strengthening the sense of cohesion among network members. This convention provided an opportunity to take stock of Lorenove's ambitions for 2025 and celebrate the past year's successes through the presentation of the Performance Trophies. This unmissable event confirms the network's dynamics and its commitment to innovation and supporting its dealers toward ever-greater success.
Lorenove approaches 2025 with an ambitious roadmap
The convention provided the guiding principle for this new year, highlighting structuring projects for strengthening the network and optimizing the tools available to dealers.
In terms of local communication, the implementation of a Communication Action Toolbox will allow dealerships to have customizable supports and turnkey campaigns to boost their visibility and generate traffic at the point of sale.
At the same time, the network head is working to ensure the continuity of the “Opening Up to the World” Brand Manifesto, which will be rolled out in 2025, in order to strengthen Lorenove's identity and values. The digital strategy will also continue to grow, with an optimized lead acquisition plan and a strengthened presence on social networks, in order to attract and engage an ever-wider audience.
At the same time, a communication plan dedicated to network development will be implemented, aimed at accelerating Lorenove's expansion by recruiting new dealers and supporting existing players.
Among the new features presented, a unique facilitating service was unveiled: a drawing service to respond to requests requiring advanced technical studies (elevations, sections and implementation plans).
On the logistics side, dealers will benefit from a delivery tracking tool allowing them to anticipate the arrival of products and access order details in real time, thus ensuring better organization of construction sites.
Finally, the brand reaffirmed its commitment to digitizing the customer journey. A comprehensive project to integrate interconnected digital tools will be rolled out to optimize the customer experience at every stage, from initial contact to post-installation follow-up.
Through these initiatives, Lorenove confirms its ambition to offer its dealers high-performance tools and structured support, while actively pursuing its development in the renovation market.
A gala evening to celebrate the Network's performances
The convention concluded in style with a gala evening in a Camargue farmhouse, combining local traditions and moments of sharing. This authentic setting hosted the presentation of the Performance Trophies, honoring the dealerships and integrated agencies that particularly distinguished themselves in 2024.
The awards recognized the best commercial performances, with FENÊTRES ET FERMETURES DU CENTRE emerging as the dealer with the best 2024 turnover, while AGENCE PARIS OUEST was doubly recognized for its invoiced turnover and its commercial turnover.
The growth dynamic was also recognized with ACTIBAIE CONCEPT Orgeval, which recorded the best growth in purchases of Lorenove joinery.
Local dynamism and visibility were honored with SEVESTRE MENUISERIES, winner of the best communication action, and FENÊTRES ET FERMETURES DES YVELINES, rewarded for its best e-reputation.
The appropriation of a new tool intended for the network was also recognized with the 2024 Agility prize, awarded to CRÉATION FERMETURES.
The 2024 Coup de Cœur prize was awarded to ATLANTIQUE CONCEPT HABITAT, while the Profalux Customer Trophy went to FENÊTRES ET FERMETURES DU CENTRE, confirming the dealership's commitment to this long-standing Lorenove partner.
Finally, two honorary trophies were presented to RÉMY THÉRÈSE and FERNAND DOS SANTOS upon their retirement, in recognition of their commitment and exemplary contribution to the network. These trophies also recognize the successful transfer of their business to their successors, thus ensuring dynamic and lasting continuity for their agency.
This ceremony, punctuated by entertainment and followed by a dance evening, allowed for the celebration of collective and individual successes in a festive atmosphere, thus strengthening the team spirit and the dynamics of the Lorenove network.
Beyond the expected highlights, the Lorenove dealer convention also surprised and delighted its guests with unexpected and enriching events. By incorporating moments dedicated to discovery and exchange, it provided attendees with an experience that was both informative and engaging.
The Suppliers and Service Providers Fair was one of the highlights of this edition, offering network members a unique opportunity to meet their partners, explore the latest innovations, and strengthen collaborations. With 16 booths in attendance, this afternoon of discussions clearly demonstrated its value, facilitating the sharing of expertise and highlighting know-how.
Another surprise at this convention: immersive activities, which allowed participants to discover their surroundings in a new way. A guided tour of La Grande Motte revealed the fascinating history and unique architecture of this seaside resort, while an excursion to the Camargue immersed participants in iconic landscapes, featuring flamingos, rice paddies, and local traditions.
These unexpected moments, combining discovery, culture and conviviality, largely contributed to making this convention a unifying and inspiring event, strengthening the network's commitment while inspiring positive momentum for the year to come.
