- Meal breaks: special vigilance must be observed in restaurant areas. It is recommended to have lunch alone or in groups of a maximum of 6 people, in order to limit the number of contacts and to keep a minimum distance of two meters between the tables occupied, unless a wall separates the space.
- Moments of conviviality in the professional context: moments of conviviality are preferably held in outdoor spaces and do not bring together more than 25 people with respect for barrier gestures: wearing a mask, ventilation / ventilation measures and rules of distancing.
- The importance of ventilation of the premises by natural or mechanical ventilation (doors and / or windows open as much as possible) is recalled. The sheet proposed in the guide has been updated.
