The OPPBTP completes the “D-Clic Prévention” range with e-learning dedicated to new or future managers. The latter aims to support buyers of construction companies in integrating prevention at the start of their activity. It is part of a global offering of resources and solutions for new managers.
This e-learning is the result of collective work carried out since June 2023 in partnership with the Compagnons du Devoir and numerous managers including the buyer of the Aribit-Baudry company in the Basque Country.
Together, convinced of the opportunity to anticipate health and safety issues at work as early as possible, the new e-learning module “Business takeover: how to get your business off to a good start by integrating prevention” explains how prevention positively impacts each area of the company, how to carry out a prevention diagnosis before and after recovery, and how to organize and monitor your activity.
Thus, this e-learning allows buyers of construction companies to benefit from advice in order to make prevention an axis of development of their activity.
Built in four parts, the module covers:
- Taking into account the positive impact of prevention for the company;
- The need to carry out a diagnosis;
- Prevention policy;
- Management tools available to new managers.
