Three major objectives to accelerate innovation
With this acquisition, Libu is achieving 3 strategic objectives:
- expand the product range by integrating the small table lamp format developed by Arits, for use as a desk lamp;
- strengthen its R&D team with the arrival of Paul Trement, creator of Arits;
- exploit the technological building blocks developed by Arits by integrating the patented Libu technology, to develop ever more efficient solutions capable of meeting the requirements of companies in terms of well-being at work.
