The Fimbacte Festival Jury awarded the Elcimaï-EPA Sénart partnership the Prospectives Gold Trophy, a prize that rewards the innovative offer proposed by these two partners; a pragmatic and operational initiative, responding to the need to revitalize French industry.

"
A 4.0 “ready to build” factory unique in France
The Factory of the Future 4.0 is the culmination of a partnership that began two years ago between the EPA Sénart and the Elcimaï group, an Intermediate Size Company (ETI) specializing in the design and construction of high-performance production sites. technological added value. Designed to be a turnkey production site, the Factory of the Future 2 is revolutionizing the range of location solutions offered to industrial players with a unique value proposition. This unique 4.0 plant concept is made up of a “packaged” offer, bringing together a real estate product with high productive and environmental performance, and “ready-to-build” land of 4.0 hectares, identified and proposed by the EPA Sénart, located in the Bois des Saint-Pères business park, a park dedicated to carriers of innovative industrial projects, in the municipalities of Cesson and Savigny-le-Temple (5,3) in the heart of the Greater Paris agglomeration South.
Designed according to the concept of a Sustainable Industrial Envelope (EID ®) of the Elcimaï Group, the Factory of the Future 4.0 is coupled with a digital twin produced in BIM mode, allowing the site to be completely adaptable to the evolution of the activities of its occupants without heavy planning, making the production process independent of the real estate structure. The target area of the site is thus 22 m000 - corresponding to the average demand for the establishment of recent industrial activities on the territory of the EPA Sénart - but could be adjusted according to the needs of the industrial lessee.
Thursday, September 17, 2020, the Elcimaï Group obtained the building permit for the site project dedicated to the Industry of the Future, paving the way for its realization: thanks to all the steps taken by the EPA Sénart and Elcimaï ( ICPE authorizations and pre-obtained building permits), any industrial project leader can start his activity there within 10 months of construction.
At the end of last August, the project had already been selected as part of the Rebound Pack for industrial reconquest * by the Ministries of the Economy, Finance and Recovery, and Territorial Cohesion, within a list of 78 sites (including 5 only in Ile-de-France) and solutions for French industrial establishments ready to welcome strategic industries within the framework of relocations.
