Léon Grosse announces the acquisition in Luxembourg of Willemen Construction, which becomes LG LUX Construction

This merger is an opportunity for Léon Grosse to continue its development in Europe on its core business and to acquire a regional leader, with strong development prospects. This acquisition allows the Group to anchor its presence on the dynamic Luxembourg market (after the acquisition of the facade manufacturer Kyotec Group in 2020) and to develop the offer of its Construction division in Luxembourg under the new LG LUX Construction identity.

LG LUX Construction will be able to rely on the range of expertise of Léon Grosse's three poles (Construction, Solutions, Real Estate) and strengthen itself on the financial, operational (process, methods, low carbon pole) and functional aspects.

With a turnover of €40 million, LG LUX Construction has brought together nearly 6 employees in 120 years and counts among its references emblematic private projects, such as Zenith or Royal Park, and public ones, such as the laboratories of the LIH or the Technical High School for Health Professions.
