Legislative elections: CAPEB affirms its deep attachment to the fundamental values ​​of artisanal construction companies

Today, it is with full responsibility that CAPEB wishes to affirm the fundamental values ​​of artisanal construction companies which are the emanation of these major priorities, values ​​that it intends to preserve and defend:

• Brotherhood. Building professionals are attached to this cardinal value for living together and for their professions which are based on teamwork, the grouping of know-how on construction sites, the interdisciplinarity of their activities and the welcoming of new talents. .
• Equality of people. Professional and social integration through work, without any discrimination, particularly based on gender, sexual orientation or origin, has always been at the heart of building craftsmanship and must absolutely remain so.
• Respect for democratic principles. Artisanal construction companies, anchored in the territories, have always been on the front line to defend our democratic values ​​and the fundamental freedoms they entail, including freedoms of opinion, expression and association.
• Social progress. Artisanal construction companies are deeply committed to the constant improvement of society through the importance they attach to the principles of jointism, consideration of environmental issues and the preservation of heritage.
• Freedom to undertake. The directors of craft businesses are business leaders keen to be able to develop their activity freely, within a simple, readable, stable, incentive and non-confiscatory normative and fiscal framework.
• Business independence. Artisanal construction companies have acquired an independent status which they wish to preserve after numerous struggles against slaving and economic predation.

More than ever, intermediary bodies, undermined in recent years, constitute factors of stability in our society, actors of trust and benchmarks for our common values. This is why, strong on its heritage and the dynamism of its members, CAPEB will be vigilant and defend the collective values ​​of building craftsmanship which resonate with our republican motto.
