On the occasion of the legislative elections of June 30 and July 7, the FFB is formulating 10 essential measures that building craftsmen and entrepreneurs expect from the next parliamentary majority.
These 10 essential measures for the FFB are:
- Reinstatement of a Universal Zero Rate Loan in all territories and for all types of housing
- Stopping regulatory overbidding
- Adaptation of the “ZAN” objective to the realities of the territories
- Limitation of cascade subcontracting
- Restoration of a rental investment support system
- Revision of the REP system
- Stabilization of MaPrimeRenov
- Maintaining a learning support policy
- Revision of the amount of the VAT exemption
- Maintaining the balance of social dialogue.
Construction is one of the main labor sectors in France with nearly 3 million jobs across the entire construction sector.
For Olivier Salleron, president of the FFB: “For months, the FFB has continued to warn of a historic deterioration in the housing situation. The FFB therefore calls on candidates for deputy to make powerful commitments in favor of housing, without seeking to oppose new construction and renovation of existing properties. »
