Lean Construction: FFB, USH, Pôle Habitat-FFB and OPPBTP partnership to accelerate its adoption and deployment

In order to support craftsmen, contractors and project owners in the sector in the adoption of Lean Construction, the FFB, the USH, the Pôle Habitat-FFB and the OPPBTP are entering into a partnership to promote this approach at the scale of a project, a construction site or a company.

Based on a collective, customer-oriented approach, Lean Construction is a work management and organization method particularly suited to the construction industry. It enables continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and the prevention of occupational risks on construction sites.

The signatory partners undertake to:

promote Lean Construction among contractors, craftsmen and project owners for more efficient construction operations;
consolidate communication around these methods to strengthen their visibility and understanding in the construction sector;
promote the regional deployment of approaches and create a collaborative dynamic to structure their adoption;
support skills development through various awareness-raising actions;
develop and promote exemplary pilot projects integrating Lean Construction, particularly on co-activity sites, to demonstrate their operational interest.

This partnership thus constitutes a common strategy to disseminate and perpetuate the use of Lean Construction, by involving all the stakeholders concerned for greater efficiency.
