Laying of the first stones of the Orphéa and Archange residences, two major projects at the gates of Rennes

On Tuesday June 14, 2022, Crédit Agricole Immobilier and Aiguillon construction organized the laying of the first stones of their Orphéa and Archange residences, in Saint-Jacques de la Lande, two major projects in the La Courrouze eco-district. The handing over of the keys to tenants and buyers is scheduled for the 3rd quarter of 2023 for Orphéa and the 4th quarter of 2023 for Archange.

The event took place in the presence of Frédéric-Xavier BAUDIER, national residential major projects director of Crédit Agricole Immobilier, Thomas DUKE, deputy general manager of Aiguillon construction, Luc SIMON, deputy mayor of Saint-Jacques de la Lande, Honoré PUIL, vice-president of Rennes Métropole and president of the Foncier Solidaire Rennes Métropole association and Jérôme BERRANGER, architect at Berranger|Vincent Architectes. The Rennes graffiti collective La Crémerie, which had created a fresco on a 200m2 work palisade, in September 2021, was also present to create a diptych live.

Archange, 1st program marketed and delivered in BRS

Archange is the first program marketed and delivered in BRS, by imoja, the Aiguillon brand dedicated to accession, in the municipality of Saint-Jacques de la Lande, in conjunction with the OFS of Rennes Métropole.
