A leading player in the live audiovisual production sector in France, Stop & Go sees this project as an opportunity to continue developing its activities from Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe, to offer a privileged working environment to its teams and to strengthen its CSR approach thanks to an innovative and eco-responsible building. Delivery of this new space is scheduled for the end of 2025.
For Christophe Ramond, President of the Tarn Department and the SPLA Les Portes du Tarn: « I would like to thank the management of Stop & Go for choosing Portes du Tarn to ensure their development. I also congratulate the elected officials of Portes du Tarn, as well as the SPLA teams for the realization of this wonderful project in Portes du Tarn. Despite an uncertain economic context, it once again illustrates the park's ability to welcome innovative companies, aligned with the environmental and social values of our region. »
A structuring project: innovation, jobs and local roots
Representing an investment of 2,4 million euros, on a plot of 5 m2 (including 1 m2 floor space), the future headquarters of Stop & Go will allow the company to:
- Double its operating area,
- Develop a remote center (remote production center) new generation,
- Create 14 permanent jobs on the site.
For Geoffrey Dellus, Director of Stop & Go : "This new site allows us to significantly increase our production capacity, notably thanks to a new-generation remote center, based on connected technologies. Thanks to the cloud, remote production allows us to deliver services from Saint-Sulpice-la-Pointe that previously required an OB truck directly at events. This not only reduces costs for our clients, but also reduces the carbon footprint of our activities by 70%, while improving the quality of life of our teams. »
Already a partner of big names such as Canal +, BeIN Sport, France Télévisions, Stop & Go recently won the TOP 14 market.
With a turnover of 5,5 million euros in 2024, the company is aiming for 10 million euros in 2027.
An exemplary building, reflecting the ambitions of Stop & Go and Portes du Tarn
Designed by the Architecture et Technique firm, the future headquarters of Stop & Go is part of an innovative, environmental and territorial approach, shared with Les Portes du Tarn:
- Technological innovation and new industrial activities,
- Strong environmental requirements,
- Strategic location, at the gates of Toulouse (A68).
Among the developments aimed at reconciling performance and taking into account environmental issues: photovoltaic panels on the roof will allow the building to be energy self-sufficient, the site's landscaping will be carried out using land from the construction site and an eco-grazing project is planned.
Furthermore, in line with the circular economy approach supported by the park, 2,5% of the cost of the work (excluding roads) will also be carried out using reused materials.
For Geoffrey Dellus, Director of Stop & Go : " What attracted us first and foremost was the site's accessibility: on the outskirts of Toulouse, it offers direct access to the A68 motorway. This is a real plus for our employees, most of whom live north of Toulouse; they will see their commute time reduced. We also designed the building to be open to the outside world, with a real quality of life at work, and I think the result is very successful! »
